We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and clean, making our stay very comfortable. The hotel facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa, were exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

Had a fun New Year here! Really enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains and fresh air. The hot water pool was definitely the best part of the stay, it was so nice to relax in the warm water and enjoy the scenery. The food was also pretty tasty, especially the a-la-carte menu.

There were a few things that weren't great about the stay. The breakfast was really disappointing and didn't have many options.

The spa services and the natural warm pools were amazing! We also enjoyed the breathtaking mountain views that we had during our stay. the location was perfect, being only a short distance away from the city and all its attractions.

The service was not the best. the staff lacked manners and organization.
